The Viertel Bar is a kaleidoscope. Thanks to Mediterranean-blue Murano glass fragments and the refreshingly varied spirit of this place. Looking out across guests and culinary artistry, we serve you the multifaceted soul of South Tyrol: complex and contrasting, light and substantial at once – in spirit and on the palate. Are you hungry?

From seven to ten in the morning, guests settle into their Wishbone Chair and take their time over breakfast. The locals take it all in their stride. This relaxed coexistence is something South Tyrol has long perfected. No one in the Viertel Bar bats an eye at a Helles being ordered at one table while, at the next, brioche is still being dipped into cappuccino.

Every day from 7 to 10 am, the Viertel Bar becomes your breakfast salon – serving something hearty for the hungry, sweet for those with a craving, wholesome for the sensible. Low carb, high fat and everything in between is regional; the bread, of course, organic.

Jams, spreads, fruit juices, and egg dishes are all made in-house. And since we know you take these pleasures seriously, our open kitchen lets you watch every step. Now, where would you like to sit? Outside beneath the azure parasols, right here by the window, or tucked into that quiet corner?

Feel like lingering? Stay a while after breakfast. From 10 am onwards, we serve Easy Dishes in the Viertel Bar. Unpretentious bites with a southern touch, anchored by a hint of the Alps. Focaccia, homemade cakes, a quick coffee or a long drink. Indoors, outdoors, alone or in the very best company. Drink. Eat. Stay. You’re already one of us.
